I cannot believe how much of a difference going to the gym has made to my life. I watched my husband improve his well being for six months and decided to give it a go myself. Having a great fear of not being able to move the next day, I asked Matt to introduce me gently to exercise; given I had not done anything regularly for many years! In fact I was so skeptical that I would only last a few weeks, I only joined for three months. I've been so surprised with how I feel! I haven't suddenly become a twiggy, nor do I want to be, but for the first time in my life I actually look forward to exercising! I enjoy it so much, after the first three months I signed up for a year and I'm already three months into that! Matt has helped me improve my quality of life through exercise and strengthening and I can know do things I haven’t been able to for years. Kneeling down and standing up when gardening used to be such a chore but no longer does it hamper me, I can get up and down when gardening as often as I like. My Back Feels Great! Hi Matt,
It is hard to believe but I have been coming to your gym for nearly a year (next month) and wondered if from next month I could sign up for a 12 month membership. When I first came to you I thought be best to just sign up for 3 months and see how I go and take it from there and now here it is almost 12 months down the track and my overall health and well being has never been better and it is thanks to you for setting up my programme and giving me lots of motivation along the way. Thanks so much Matt for what you are doing for not only myself and my son but for all the other current members - so greatly appreciated. Before I forget it was so nice to see my name up on the whiteboard - one doesn't see that in the larger gyms so a very nice and motivating idea.

What I like the most about what the team at Functional Training  have been able to provide is a easy to follow structure which can be done at home or at the gym.
